Today at work, Marissa brought in some goodies because it was her birthday earlier in the week. I had some for morning tea.

These were oh so good! The custard was incredibly thick, creamy and delicious.

Lots of fresh coriander, chilli and grated pecorino. I love scraping the melted cheese off the spoon with my teeth!


Dinner
Chicken Mignon with Garlic Herb Butter

I had prepared the mignon yesterday. I wrapped a chicken thigh with some bacon and pierced a skewer through it to hold it together. I mixed some dried mixed herbs and butter and put this ontop of the thigh. All I had to do was put it on a tray and bake it in the oven.

After my dinner, I fed Simba his dinner. I felt him treating him tonight to a little 'My Dog' meal. I love these little packages. The dog food inside always smells pretty good too.

I needed to make some food to take to work for lunch tomorrow, so I made some pasta.

I had a small bowl and packed the rest up for work. Yes, I know it's 10:30pm and I'm eating pasta...let's call it quality control. *Smirk*
