After lunch, I went to the Pictionary game, then got creative at the Ceramics@Sea session. We had a choice of different ceramic pieces that we could paint and have glazed and fired before the end of our cruise. Grant also wanted to do one and we both chose the photo frame.
Tonight was the first formal night onboard, with complimentary cocktails and an address from the ship’s captain. It was so exciting to see the sea of black tuxedos and women in their shimmering colourful gowns. There was only word I could think of to describe it – it was so ’Titanic’!
Everyone on our table was present for dinner tonight in the dining room.
Julie & Grant
Noel & Fleurette
Sarena & Maureen
To wash it all down, I had ordered a bottle of Piesporter Goldtropfchen from Mosel, Germany, the other other night. I think I went on to drink about three entire bottles for the duration of the cruise each night I dined in the dining room. It was a really delicious wine.
After dinner, we met up with a pair of sisters, Ronda and Susan, who were from Sydney. We went out to the pool deck and took some photos of us in our formal getup.
It was fun to be a girl tonight.
