Today was a lazy at home...a bit of cooking and lots of catching up with my blog posts =P
Lunch Vietnamese Rice Noodles with Beef, Okra & Bean Sprouts
I made the soup with:
lemongrass
beef stock cube
soy sauce
fish sauce
dried shrimp
star anise
sambal belachen
Very deliciously spicy!
Dinner
entree: Chilli & Garlic Prawns with Basil served with salad
I cooked these prawns in my little Le Chasseur crockpot. Yum! I wolfed this down with a beer while Mum was cooking some stirfries.
main: Sambal Kang Kong Bean Sprouts with Prawns & Salted Fish
