Lunch at Work
Salad with last night's leftover Chicken

Scotch Steak - Medium Rare
with Creamy Mushroom Sauce
Buttered Corn Cobs
Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary & Sea Salt
Honey & Soy Prawns

Woah, this was a big dinner! I suppose you could call it my version of the Surf & Turf. I actually went back for seconds of the vegetables - three more corn cobs, and the rest of the roasted potatoes and asparagus. I suppose that's what happens when I eat such a light and 'healthy' lunch!

Perfectly cooked!

I roasted the potatoes with some olive oil, garlic cloves and fresh rosemary.

I marinated large banana prawns with honey, soy and ground chilli.
