December is here. Another year almost over.

Mum's Bean Sprout and Salted Fish Stirfry

This is one of my favourite dishes that I remember cooking when I was young. Living up in Goldsworthy, she would make the salted fish herself. There was no Asian supermarket where delicacies like this were readily available.
