Okay...back to real life. Luckily I'm rostered on for the night shift tonight so I was able to sleep in.

I sure missed my Chicken, Vegetable & Pasta Soup

Sambal Fish with Kang Kong


I wrapped the kang kong beneath the fish fillet and placed sambal both underneath and on top of the fish. At work, I cooked the fish in the microwave for about two minutes and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Delicious!
