Bee Hoon soup with Okra, Prawns & Fish


When I roasted the chicken last night, I kept the drippings in the pan. I used them to prepare the couscous that I took to work for dinner. Instead of using olive oil or butter to fluff up the cous cous, I used the drippings and added some fresh chopped parsley.
