Linguine with Seafood & Garlic in Olive Oil

I defrosted the remainder of the seafood marinara mixture that I bought the other day and made an awesome lunch. Very simple. Just a generous splash of olive oil, crushed garlic, chilli flakes and chopped fresh parsley.

I would have loved to add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
I was too lazy to check the tree outside.

Later in the evening I met with friends at Fast Eddys to pore over maps to plan our upcoming canoeing trip.

I can never resist the chips.
