Linguine with Prawns in a light Philadelphia Cream Cheese Sauce
with Basil Pesto

This is the second dish I've made using the new Philadelphia Cream Cheese for cooking. It really is quite nice.

The dollop of pesto I added to the pasta is actually some dip that was for reduced sale. Versatile!

The prawns were absolutely smashing! They're Australian Tiger Prawns and I got them on sale for one third the usual price! They were already cooked so all I did was peel them and then added them to the pasta dish when I was tossing the pasta through the sauce.
