I woke up early and felt inspired to make myself a proper breakfast.

Breakfast Cup served with Bacon, Asparagus and Mushrooms.

I diced a few tomatoes and put them into a small bowl. I seasoned with some sea salt, cracked black pepper and fresh chopped basil. I sprinkled some grated tasty cheese and cracked two eggs over the top. Into the oven until the eggs cooked.


We wanted something low key tonight since Mum and I both have work early in the morning. Jocelyn and David brought home some takeaway from one of the Chinese restaurants in Northbridge.

Prawn Stirfry, Seafood & Tofu Stirfry & Kai Lan
