
Mum's Thai Basil Chicken

I had one god egg and one bad egg =/
In keeping with my truffle fetish this week, I made soup tonight.

I drizzled several drops of truffle oil over the soup, and sliced a few slivers of actual truffle. Usually I don't blend my soups very fine because I like a bit of texture, but tonight I went at it with my Mix Master a bit longer and was resulted was a deliciously smooth, velvety soup.
