Lunch
Harissa Chicken Salad


I used the leftover harissa chicken I made the other night, lettuce, cherry tomatoes and asparagus with dressing made from the pan juices after roasting the chicken. We are going to have to get Ian to make us more of his harissa paste! It's so versatile!


Tonight I busied myself cleaning, deseeding and stuffing these green chillies with fish paste. They will go into the freezer and be readily available for noodle soups and steamboat.
