Prawn Cocktail Salad with Soft Boiled Egg
I made the dressing with some tomato sauce, mayonnaise, lime juice and water.
We're having a Thai themed lunch at work this Thursday but I really felt like a curry tonight!
I added lots of lots of fresh curry leaves from our tree. They taste so much better than the dried ones that you can buy from the Asian grocers.
