Mum's Thai Chicken Basil

Spicy Roasted Chicken with Vegetables

I am loving corn right now. It's a pity it's so expensive!

I roasted the chicken and carrots first, then threw in the corn. Just before it was all ready, I threw in the asparagus. Delicious!

After dinner I drove over to Marissa's for coffee. As usual, she laid out a spread of cake and Mrs Pelle's scones. I couldn't resist!
