Like the colours and the use of corn and cos lettuce - very original. How did the flavour combination go - I must say i haven't tried this before. But looks a treat on the plate!

Hey there, I rushed to put this meal together with what I had on hand in the fridge! The cos leaves were from the heart of the lettuce so they were young and crisp. The corn was sweet and juicy - texture is such an important aspect when it comes to enjoying your food!
