Jumbo Cooked Prawns Salad


What's for dinner tonight? I feel like seafood risotto!


Scallops, mussels, squid and prawns.


Leek and roma tomatoes.


Olive oil, crushed garlic, diced onion, leek, tomato, spices and chilli. I used fish stock.


When the rice is almost cooked, add the peas, saffron soaking in warm water and seafood.
