Lunch at Work Roast Chicken with Cous Cous
Dinner Instant Ramen with shredded Poached Chicken
Mum had poached a whole chicken to make stock. I love the juicy chicken flesh when she cooks it this way. Especially the skin!
Mum's Shark Fin Soup
After dinner I popped over to Marissa's for a catchup over some coffee and baked goodies.
