Sunday breakfast!

I bought a pork hock from the shops the other day and have been looking forward to a night at home to spend a few hours making one of my favourites.

Bun Bo Hue with Pork Hock

Ooh I love how tender the pork hock juicy and tasty! I especially love that the butcher had sliced the hock so it was in smaller pieces and easy to tear the meat off.

Mum happened to have bought this Vietnamese Pork Roll and gave me some.
