After a few errands with Shallen today, we enjoyed coffee and cake at the Globe Coffee House in South Perth.

Their Raspberry & Mascarpone cake is my favourite!

LING'S HAMBURGERS
Ling made us dinner tonight. I laughed when I saw the size of the burger patties he was making - they were the size of oranges!

Ling's Beef Burgers

with fresh lettuce and tomato.

I had no idea how I was going to tackle this burger.

1. Press burger down as much as possible.

2. Pick burger up. Hmm...here goes!

3. Open wide...

4. Mmm...tasty!

I barely made a dent in the burger with that first bite!
However, much to Ling's surprise (and my own!), I finished that burger!
