Perry made a traditional Italian Cheese Tart for the work Christmas do yesterday but everyone was too full to eat it so we brought it to work today and warmed it up for morning tea.

Oh. My. God.

I was 'mmming' at every mouthful. It was orgasmic. It had gorgonzola cheese in it but not too much so that it was overpowering. It was sooooo creamy and light. The caramelised onions were the absolute perfect companion for the tart.

I took a large piece home to enjoy with a glass of red wine.
