What to do with the ham bone?
The ham that Benoit and Ivy brought for our Christmas lunch was huge! I thought I might be eating it for the week to come but as I carved it, people ate it. I managed to get most of the meat off the bone and what was not eaten I distributed to people to take home. I kept the bone.
So, the answer to my question?
Make soup!
