Today at work we decided to use up all the various types of ice cream in the freezer to clear out some space. There was Ian's mango ice cream, Ian's raspberry and vanilla ice cream, and about a quarter of a tub of shop bought Neopolitan ice cream.

We started scooping out the ice cream into cups and I peered into my locker to see what we could serve with it.

I found a banana, which I peeled and sliced.

I also found some dark chocolate, which we melted in the microwave and drizzled over the top - our own ice magic!

At the last minute I remembered a Flake chocolate bar I had in the freezer and we crumbled that up and scattered it over our sundaes.

How awesome is that!?
