At home, I didn't need to water the plants since it had been raining lightly during the day. I'm so excited about my plants!
- they're green so how do I tell if they're ripe!?
To forget my blues over work, I went to Bunnings to get a couple of pavers to finish off my path. I managed to complete it and I'm very happy with my work!
I made some beef skewers with some chuck steak I'd defrosted over night and we cooked those on the sandwich toaster. It's such a versatile appliance! Meng brought some processed crab meat and he made a few skewers of his own to throw on there.
Shallen's mum deep fried us some spring rolls to whet our appetites while we set about taking turns to create a pizza with all the ingredients laid out before us. We all brought a few different things each. I tried to pose for a few photos by trying to throw my pita bread up into the air and catch it as if it were real pizza dough. Kong managed to spin his on his finger for a while. We just couldn't quite catch the action shots though.

salami, grilled eggplant, crab, mushroom, jalopenos, ham, spinach, cheese
I could only describe what's in the pizza by going from the photos. Kong's pizza was the weirdest one and we were all shaking our heads in disbelief as he was putting it together, but we all still ate it! I didn't mind it. The sakata crackers and fish cracker had actually gotten soft - probably because of the cheese and tomato sauce.
You'll notice two pieces of green capsicum have been placed in the shape of a 'U' on Shallen's pizza. Ling and I were trying to make a 'smile' to see if his camera would take a photo if we put it in the smile capture mode. It had worked with some funny results last night at Miss Maud's - haha!
