Breakfast - Mum’s Lamb Satay


Lunch - Pasta Soup with Pork Ribs


Not wanting to go out and buy groceries since I'm flying out tomorrow, Mum found some pork ribs in the freezer and boiled them in water to make a stock. I used this stock to make soup...absolutely delicious. The ribs added immense flavour to the soup and the meat was tender and gelatinous.

Dinner - Bun Bo Hue at Tra Vinh


Tonight I buckled down at home, tidied up my stuff and began getting organised so that I could run all my last minute errands tomorrow.
