Honey Soy Chicken Wrap
With the weather being so hot, all I can stomach is light foods such as salads and vegetables. A perfect excuse to eat healthy! I know it won't last though, pretty soon all my carbs and heavy hearty foods will sneak back into my diet.
In the wrap, I had the mixed bean sprouts, sliced fresh tomato, red onion, corianger and mayonnaise. I bought the honey soy chicken as a kebab from the deli section of Coles and panfried it. It's one of my cheats when it comes to making wraps.

In the evening, I went to see Noel and Fleurette's new bundle of joy that they received for Christmas. Their gorgeous new red border collie puppy - SPECTRA!
She is absolutely adorable!! I can't wait until she gets all her required vaccination shots before I introduce her to Simba so we can go on walks together.
Back home, I went to gaze at my fish like I usually do in the evening when the lights come on (automatically - I love that timer!). When I looked at Pinchy's floating tank, I almost cried because I saw what looked like a carcass in the centre of the tank. After a few seconds, I saw something scurring in the corner of the tank and it was Pinchy! The carcass lying in the centre of the tank was his shell that he'd just shed! *Phew*
