Sambal Kang Kong

I cooked the remainder of my bunch of kang kong in some sambal belachan that I bought from an Asian supermarket. Yum!! I absolutely love sambal kang kong. It's still rather pricey at the few shops that it's available at. Hopefully it will become more abundant and cheaper in the months to come.
