Dinner Scotch Fillet with Creamy Red Wine & Green Peppercorns Sauce with roasted Rosemary Vegetables & Asparagus
I'm usually not really much of a fan of asparagus, but lately I've really grown quite fond of it. In stirfries, blanched with a drizzle of lemon juice, panfried with butter, roasted in the oven. With asparagus becoming abundant and more affordable these next few months, I'm going to be enjoying it alot!
