I used scallops, baby octopus, prawns...

...Onion, garlic, leek and roma tomatoes.

I was out in the garden today and noticed that my basil has started to flower. I removed most of the flowers and used them for this dish.

I kept the flowers for garnish.

I bought scallops from two places. I had small ones with roe, and large scallops. They were absolutely delicious!! I really could not pick which I like better out of prawns and scallops.
