It was rather quiet at work today, so we spent most of it discussing what we've been up to and surprise, surprise - FOOD!

Natalie was telling me how she was having a scotch steak for dinner tonight so I had to stop by the shops to pick one up for myself!

I parboiled some potatoes, then broke them up with a masher utensil. I sprinkled dried rosemary over them and then baked them in the oven with butter until they were crispy and golden.

I was able to rummage up some vegetables to make soup.
