Lunch at Work
Cajun Prawn Salad

For dinner, I was eager to try a packet of laksa soup base that I picked up from 99 Seafood. I was looking for the paste that comes in a jar, but they had run out and the store owner recommended this Tean's Malaysian Traditional Laksa Paste that comes in a foil package.

Laksa is easy - I just head straight to the freezer to find what I can have in it.

1 x packet of laksa paste
150mL coconut cream/milk
eggplant and chilli yong tau foo
sliced fish cake
bean sprouts
fresh Vietnamese mint
Vietnamese rice noodles

The laksa paste made a thick, aromatic soup base.

Dinner
Laksa

*drooool* Craving satisfied.

The verdict - ABSOLUTELY YUMMY!
