Creamy Cheese Potato Bake with Rosemary & Thyme
The last time I made potato bake, I used lactose free cream. It wasn't as good as when I use regular cooking cream. I've been craving the gooey, rich cheesiness. I didn't have any provolone cheese, but it was still just as good. I used lots of tasty cheese and smothered the top with a layer of cream.
