After all the seafood I had on holidays, I was craving a big juicy steak. I picked up a few scotch fillet steaks on special from Woolworths. THICK CUT.

Scotch Fillet with Mushroom & Peppercorn Sauce
Rocket Salad & Steamed Corn

I cooked it a little too well done but because I cooked it over a low heat,
the steak was soooo tender.

This was Jocelyn's dinner.
Chicken Treat's Half Chicken & Chips.
