I found some of my Pork and Leek Meatballs in the freezer and decided to make a quick lunch with them.

I thawed them out and flattened them to form little patties. I dipped them in a lightly beaten egg, coated them with breadcrumbs that I had seasoned with rosemary, sea salt and pepper, and then panfried them in a little bit of olive oil.
