THURSDAY LUNCH - PIE DAY... take TWO!

We enjoyed our last Pie Day at work so much that we decided to do it again today!


Ian cut out the shortcrust pastry circles.


And spooned in the bolognaise sauce.


Voila! Pies are ready!


Ian also brought in the pie maker's manual to attempt quiches. However, by following the instructions, the quiches weren't cooked properly so luckily we had our little mini oven to finished baking them in until they were perfect!

We had Mixed Berries in the freezer for dessert pies!
